What's in a name: On October 28, 1989, my life was forever changed. My close friend and college teammate, Roy Lee "Chucky" Mullins was severely injured in our homecoming game against an SEC rival. What we once knew as normal, would never be the same.

Chucky was a man of courage and a symbol of resilience. A "glue player" according to our coach because he always held things together. His resolution for life was "never quit." And he wore "38" on Saturdays, even after his injury.

My goals for these mediation services are simple: 1. To be the glue for you and your clients when adversarial conflicts and disputes arise and 2. To persevere with you and your clients when mutually agreeable resolutions remain elusive.
